In Front of the Lens

My name is Anakaren. I am based in LA.

Being from the City of Angels, I have always grown up to have an artistic outlet. Whether it was fashion design, photography or drawing, I've always been fascinated by the mysterious, stark images that I would find in magazines, movie posters-anywhere that I could find.

I started modeling a few years ago. The intrinsic relationship between the photographer's perspective and the model's ability to use their body as a canvas has drawn me again and again and again. 

Basically...I just want to create art and tell stories!
